Terms & Conditions Form for Renting Dartmouth Harbour Heights

1.) Booking Deposit: Reservations are accepted by phone/email and are then confirmed on receipt of the deposit by bank transfer. Should unforeseen circumstances occur, which lead to a postponement/cancellation, the booking deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another booking date,

2.) Balance Payment: The payment of your balance & security deposit is required 4 weeks prior to the date of your stay, or if there is an interim balance requested for large payments these is non-refundable.

3.) Security Deposit – is refunded as soon as possible, following your check out, in accordance with the sign Terms & Conditions, signed before check in.

4.) Authority to Sign: The person signing & completing the Terms & Condition form, certifies that he/she agrees to the conditions of booking on behalf of all the persons staying at Dartmouth Harbour Heights. The signatory needs be a member of the group, who is staying at the house & needs be over 18 years of age

5.) Terms & Condition Form – Please forward this Form, signed, scanned/photographed and emailed to info@dartmouthholiday.co.uk.

6.) Check out: Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition, check is by 11am.

7.) Fire Regulations: Please read from the Information Book on arrival, to familiarise yourself with procedures & escape routes

House Rules

a.) No – Smoking or Candles – We are a non-smoking house
b.) Noise & Nuisance – Guests need to vacate both the balcony and patio by 11pm., for the consideration of neighbours as the house is in a residential area. A deduction may be taken from the security deposit should there be a noise complaint
c.) Car Parking – The house has parking for 3-4 cars.
– Road opposite has free parking if there is a space-please avoid parking on the yellow lines.
– Park & Ride scheme also useful for leaving cars – run by South Hams District Council
d.) Damage and Breakages: Please respect the property and its contents, reporting any damage or other issues on departure to the owner or housekeeper. Depending upon the severity of damage a deduction may be taken from the security deposit
e.) Dogs – We book up to 2 dogs. Please respect the property – in particular the bedding, carpets & soft furnishings. Depending upon the severity of damage a deduction may be taken from the security deposit
f.) Rubbish: Please organise rubbish in accordance with the information at the house
