Dartmouth Harbour Heights is an ‘upside-down’ house & comprises 2 main floors referred to as the ‘Top/Ground Floor’ and ‘Lower Floor’. All rooms have spectacular 180° river and sea views with one exception of Crow’s Nest, which overlooks beautiful woodland. The house is furnished using largely natural materials and is extremely spacious.
Features of the property include free Wi-Fi throughout the house, 6 bedrooms (5 separate & the 6th inter-connected – see Spinnaker and Anchorage below) and sleeping for up to 14 (all can be in separate/individual beds) 2-4 guests, often book midweek. The 6 single guest beds mentioned in Quarterdeck, Flagship and Spinnaker are moveable to most other bedrooms.
Facilities & Policies
Provided during your stay are: cots, bed guard, stair gates, high chairs, all bed linen, towels, and hair dryers. Enjoy Free Wi-Fi, SMART TV/Netflix/DVD. You can also enjoy an in-house chef service or homemade meals delivered to the house. No smoking is permitted.

LIVING AREA & BALCONY
A large light open-plan living space contemporary in style with a dining area that seats 14, a snug area with a sofa, a lounge with generous and comfortable sofas/armchairs, a SMART TV/Netflix/DVD, and patio doors to the balcony where you can enjoy alfresco dining/relaxing for 14 whilst taking in the stunning river and sea views.

Recently refurbished in 2022 with Granite Worktops, a Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven/Hob, Dishwasher, Microwave/Second Oven, Double Sink with Waste Disposer and Fridge Freezer.
QUARTERDECK BEDROOM
King-size bed or twin beds and 2 single beds, 2nd largest bedroom with spectacular sea and river views from the bed, through opening french doors. On the living area floor, ideal for easy access.
CROW’S NEST BEDROOM
King-size or twin beds. Please note: Quarterdeck & Crow’s Nest with shower room forms a self-contained area next to kitchen which is very suitable for a person with a disability or a family with children.
SHOWER ROOM/UTILITY
Newly refurbished shower room with shower seat available. Utility with washing machine and fridge.

FLAGSHIP BEDROOM/EN-SUITE & CONSERVATORY
King-size bed and 2 x single beds. The largest bedroom, a magnificent luxury suite, TV, wall-to-wall breathtaking river and sea views and leading into a spectacular private conservatory with sofa and chairs for relaxing. Spacious dressing area, and ensuite with a stand-alone bath and large walk-in shower. Door to garden and patio.
CLIPPER BEDROOM
King-size or twin bed. 4th largest bedroom with magnificent river and sea views, located between Flagship & Spinnaker, with wood flooring.
SPINNAKER BEDROOM
King size or twin and 2 singles. 3rd largest bedroom with outstanding river and sea views from the bay window. Stairs lead to Anchorage below, and a screen is available for privacy.
FAMILY BATHROOM
Features a large walk-in shower.
ANCHORAGE BEDROOM
King-size or twin beds. Wash hand basin. Wonderful river and sea views. Door leading to garden and patio.
GARDEN & DRIVEWAY
Parking for 3/4 cars, 2/3 spaces on Driveway, 1 space in car park opposite and free on-street parking. Large terraced mature garden (young children will need supervision).
