* 16/01/12 - There were ten staying, deciding who slept where was fun, not difficult, all the bedrooms are good.The day started with a champagne breakfast on the balcony,backed by Dartmouth , the river and the sea.Dartmouth is a wonderful place and Harbour Heights is a stunning house - SA
* 02/01/12 - WOW! the house was amazing,it was equipped with everything, it was very clean,and the views all I can say was all of us just stood there with our mouths open. We would have been quite happy to stay in for the whole weekend except it was new year and we had booked to go out .Ann the owner was very helpful I would without a doubt go back again. We all had a wonderful time,what a fantastic house - CM
* 07/11/11 - Harbour Heights is simply the most awesome to site and look at the view, which was stunning. We have never stayed anywhere so thoughtfully & beautifully equipped as this family home. Thank you Ann it really make such a difference - SC
* 30/10/11 - I hired this house for my "Hen do" and we were immediately blown away by what greeted us from the balcony off the sitting room. Even when it rained on the Saturday evening the views were breathtaking. This house is in an exclusive spot, overlooking Dartmouth and the River/Sea and in my humble opinion pictures do not do this place justice!Ann, the owner, gave me impeccable customer service and ensured all our needs were met, her tips on where to find great places to eat and drink in Dartmouth did not disappoint. Thank you Ann, we had an amazing time together... I had difficulty in getting some of the girls to leave - SG

* 29/07/11 - This is our fourth visit since 2007, which we think sets the scene of satisfaction - we are always drawn to the balcony, a 3D Imax spectacular, seemingly never repeating its self and plays in any weather for you. To sum up – Ann has got this house just right, this is a superb example of what a Holiday, a Holiday let and a Holiday Host should be, we are always slightly reluctant to leave, and as we said, we are more than happy to keep coming back. It certainly ranks among the very best of its type that is available - we would say - in the whole of the UK - BB
